About Eric Baumeister

I have been working in the automotive industry since 2003, beginning my career as a dealership service technician and working my way to become a Program Manager at Ford Motor Company at age 31. I am currently responsible for global service concern identification and resolution for F-150, including the new F-150 Lightning. During my time working in many customer service and technical service positions I have mastered a wide variety of skills including internal and external communications, employee relations, technical authoring, data analytics, customer advocacy, project management, and program management. I enjoy learning new things and work hard to provide the best life possible for my family while continuing to challenge myself as a professional and further develop my skills in project management, communications, data analytics and problem solving.
