About Eric Beauchner

As a Reactor Controls Leading Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, I oversee all aspects of nuclear instrumentation and control equipment maintenance, operation and training, and planning and supervision of power plant operations. I have 12 years of technical management, personnel management, and leadership experience. I also have a strong data analytics and project management background, having completed two Google Specializations in these fields. I am proficient in documentation, analytical skills, and quality engineering, and I apply these skills to ensure optimal performance and safety of nuclear power plants. Additionally, I have a creative side, with a bachelor's degree in film scoring and a passion for music and music technology. I am very committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to create a workplace culture where everyone is respected and valued. I am looking for work beginning in the summer of 2024 and am open to relocation. I am eager to start a new career that leverages my skills and interests.
