About Eric Berringer

Currently I am employed at PRIME AE Group, Inc, a design and consultant firm, located in the Baltimore, MD area as an Electrical Engineer. In total, I have been employed in the electrical engineering field for four years, have earned my EIT Certification and will be perusing my PE license. Previously working at Century Engineering and Fellenzer Engineering, and now with PRIME AE Group, the experience has greatly helped in building my knowledge about electrical engineering as well as all aspects associated with building design and construction. I was employed for three summers at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, and for two summers at AKF Engineers, another MEP consulting firm. I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology in May of 2013. In addition to my coursework, I was also a member of the university’s varsity baseball team. My background includes working in a project team-based environment. I have knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Visual, SKM, and generator sizing programs. I have considerable experience with design techniques and tools involved in technical plans, drawings and models. In addition, I also have experience writing proposals and reports, reviewing job specifications, and communicating with clients. I bring high energy and motivation with me every day and look forward to increasing my knowledge engineering.
