About Eric Besselink

All-round ICT services-oriented manager, based on several years of experience as (interim) Change, ICT, Project, Program and Service manager. My modus operandi is based on technical knowledge, experience in planning and executing projects and good team-leadership. I can drive change across teams and organizations, with a clear view on the why and how. I'm capable of motivating and organizing (virtual) teams, even across international or cultural borders. I adapt well to different organisations, including complex or politically difficult ones. I am driven, result-oriented, can handle stress very well, without losing my sense of humor or my sense of priority. Specialties: Design, build, run and manage Services, Systems and Infrastructures. Manage, build and coach the teams needed to run these Services. Develop and build the mechanisms to control cost, quality and performance of Services, manage and train teams to actually deliver to specs. Apply Information Management tools to develop these services over time to meet the organisational needs. Develop and execute portfolios and roadmap, align these with corporate goals, budgets and capabilities.
