Since the beginning of my career in 2014, I have embarked on a diverse professional journey that has equipped me with invaluable skills and experiences. My journey started as a Market Analyst at Apple, where I conducted in-depth studies on the impact and effectiveness of fixtures on sales in over 100 telecom stores during the summers until 2016. This role honed my analytical abilities and attention to detail while providing me with insights into consumer behavior and retail dynamics. I transitioned to the environment of start-ups, where I thrived in roles that demanded versatility, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Working in start-ups exposed me to a multitude of responsibilities across various functions, from operations and marketing to project management and client relations. These experiences have not only expanded my skill set but also the ability to excel in fast-paced environments and rapid changes. In 2020, I started a new chapter at IBM as an SAP Consultant, where I further expanded my skills and expertise in sales and distribution (SD). Throughout my tenure, I've been entrusted with responsibilities, including helping managing System Integration Testing (SIT), crafting test scripts, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency. Moreover, I've earned the trust of my peers and stakeholders, culminating in the assumption of additional tasks such as delivering client presentations, system configuration, and facilitating onboarding processes.
