I am currently a Manager of the enterprise application, ServiceNow. At DeepSeas I have also held positions of Manager, IT and Security and Compliance. In my career as an Engineering leader, I have driven Operational Excellence leveraging a Systems Engineering processes. I have many years’ experience operating, managing and designing/building network and security solutions to meet customer needs, improve system stability and secure their infrastructure. As a leader, I believe in empowering the team to achieve the needed results with mentoring, coaching and counseling, in appropriate measure. As a manager, I am data-driven, using information to plan, train and execute service improvement then validate success. I’m a professional, motivated leader that enjoys collaboration and effectively communicates to senior leadership. I’m an energetic learner that focuses on industry best practices to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of the systems. This requires learning the company's best practices, regulatory requirements and audit needs. Will work with a company that is seeking a focused leader who will drive security excellence.
