About Eric Blevins

I am an Asset Protection Operations Lead in the great state of Nebraska. I currently cover 11 Stores in the mid to west part of the state. I supervise 8 Managers in those stores whose primary focus is on prevention of Shrink, reduction of accidents and compliance with all local, state and national laws. My team is also responsible for all internal/external loss investigations and i have successfully lead 6 of those managers through Wicklander-Zulawski training. We concentrate the bulk of our time on how we can assist our Operational Partners in reduction of shrink through proper application of processes. We assist in analyzing daily variances from these processes and how we can be more efficient in them. I am also involved locally with several church and civic groups. My wife and I are involved with Foster Care and have supported, nurtured and loved over 15 children between the ages of 0-5 years old in our home. It is truly a passion of ours. Since however we have left the foster care but along the way adopted 4 children. Three of them are siblings and one completely separate. Two years ago we also welcomed a little girl of our own, making us a family of 7. Trust me it’s never a dull moment in the Blevins household:) Lily, Kyia, Gabe, Zeb and Oakley make our lives full.
