INTERNATIONAL – Deputy CEO and CFO of multinational groups (up to 12 countries; revenues 1 to 3€bn). Born in Belgium, I worked in 4 different countries (UK, France, Belgium and Luxembourg). RESULTS ORIENTED – Analytical, organized and tenacious, I like challenges and ambitious targets that are delivered collectively while being equally demanding and kind. Strong focus on profit and cash. MANAGEMENT – I like managing teams (up to 180 team members in my last role). Building world-class teams and upskilling talents is my passion. On three occasions my successor was appointed internally thanks to efficient succession planning.
