About Eric Boulanger

I'm passionate about real estate and I've had the opportunity to work in this industry for over 25 years. I have spent most of my career at PSP Investments’ Real Estate team, where I worked on a range of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and asset management. Prior to PSP, I worked at Ivanhoe Cambridge, where I was part of the team tasked to asset manage the US regional mall partnerships. Throughout my career, I have been involved in real estate transactions worth billions of dollars and I've gained exposure to the Canadian and U.S. markets, as well as Mexico and Europe. I have also worked on most asset classes with a strong focus on office, senior living, retail, and multi-family properties, as well as non-performing real estate and Proptech funds. At PSP, I was involved in several notable transactions, including the acquisition and asset management of 1250 René-Lévesque W, a class AA office building in Montreal, and the acquisition and redevelopment planning of 600 Rue de la Gauchetière also in Montreal. Another notable portfolio I worked on at PSP is Revera, a leading provider of senior living services, where I was involved in asset management, new investments, corporate finance, and strategic considerations.
