About Eric Boyer

Hi, I’m Eric — a builder who’s spent the last three years developing modern web applications with TypeScript, React, and AWS. Before returning to code, I spent several years as an Agile Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, Product Owner and Program Manager, helping teams focus on user value, flow, and collaboration. That work taught me the importance of clarity — in vision, priorities, and purpose — long before a single line of code is written. Now, after combining hands-on development with product-minded thinking, I’m preparing my next step: moving toward Product Ownership. I want to be closer again to the “why” behind what we build — driving decisions that connect user needs, business goals, and technology. What I bring- Technical fluency to bridge conversations between developers, designers, and stakeholders- Agile delivery experience built on years of team coaching and iterative execution- Product mindset focused on value creation, feedback loops, and continuous learning. I believe great products come from teams that learn fast, stay close to users, and make data-informed decisions — not from top-down planning or blind iteration.
