About Eric Bramlett

I founded Bramlett Residential in 2012 with the singular goal of closing as many properties as possible to delight as many clients as possible. Fast forward 10 years, and we realized we'd built an amazing culture, incredibly strong systems, and the best technology of any residential firm in the country. At that point, we decided to grow. In, 2024, we surpassed the 100 agent count while maintaining unheard of standards. While we want to continue growing, size isn't our goal. Quality is our only goal. We partner with the best agents in Austin and provide them amazing systems, tools, and technology that helps them improve their already amazing client service. By partnering only with the best, we've built an amazing culture that's a joy to work in and on. My #1 goal is to love my job. I continue to nail that goal year after year.
