Following a career at sea (offshore from 1982-2001, primarily in the Oil and Gas sector, I came ashore as Marine Superintendent and Operations Manager for the offshore construction fleet of Sealion I spent 7 years with Sealion, overseeing the safe operation of a large fleet of heavy lift vessels, including numerous new builds and conversions, on a worldwide basis. since 2007, I have worked solely in the renewables industry with both SeaRoc and Metoc; latterly (2010-2013) as Managing Director of SeaRoc. Since starting MRE in 2013 I have enjoyed taking the business, with my fellow owners and colleagues to a great place in the industry. I now look forward to diversifying further and expanding significantly over the coming years with the support of our new Parent Company OEG Offshore.(25th Jan 2022).
