About Eric Brinley

Having completed a degree in Education at the University of Missouri in 1980, Eric worked in retail management, climbing the corporate ladder. By the early 90’s, he wanted to make a lasting contribution by helping people invest in their family's financial future. In 1994, Eric opened an independent financial services office to put his faith into daily practice by teaching Financial Planning workshops in local churches. He earned his CFP® designation in January and became a CWS®, Certified Wealth Strategist® Professional in 2008. As a Registered Principal, Eric supervised a team of securities professionals in Texas and Georgia. Now, after spending 30 years helping hundreds of families plan their financial future, Eric is celebrating his own journey towards retirement. Eric looks forward to introducing his clients to Prosperity Advisors and guiding them through a smooth transition as he exits the business in 2024. Eric and his wife Sue have enjoyed working together serving their clients since Now, approaching Retirement, they can focus on photographing our beautiful country while traveling in their RV, and sharing family time with their three sons and four grandchildren.
