Since establishing a new application hub in 2021, I have built and developed a high-performing team, shaped site operations, and delivered customer projects that consistently exceed business ambitions. My role spans people leadership, business planning, and customer partnerships across all food & beverage segments. What drives me is co-creation with customers — combining market insights, science, and sensory expertise to create products that deliver real value. I have been part of major launches and strategic projects that strengthened customer relationships and contributed to sustained growth. Passionate about digital and AI-driven innovation, I work across functions and regions to bring new tools and approaches into practice, helping accelerate time-to-market and increase success rates. Earlier in my career, I gained hands-on experience in research, coffee roasting, and wine-making — a foundation that keeps me connected to products from farm to lab to consumer.
