About Eric Buschman

My Bio: Currently a North Carolina-licensed Real Estate Broker affiliated with Keller Williams Realty United in Chapel Hill and Durham, North Carolina. Eric has been licensed since 2005 and while focusing on Residential Sales has brokered transactions with both sellers and buyers, always with the aim of helping his clients achieve their real estate goals with minimal hassle to them while achieving top dollar in the shortest time on market. For many of those years, Eric also served as Marketing Coordinator for his previous firm, while also remaining a full time agent. He not only marketed the firm, but helped his fellow agents market themselves & their properties, as well as mentored and trained new agents. Prior to entering real estate, Eric spent fifteen years in retail management, including as Sales & Operations Manager for WireFree® Communications, Inc. in Durham & Chapel Hill, NC and as Owner & Operator of The Book Zoo, a children’s bookstore in Durham. Happily married and a loving father of two, Eric values family, friendships, community & nature, and is an avid sports fan. He is a long time member of the Eno River Assoc, helping to preserve that wonderful natural treasure. Eric was elected by his fellow REALTORS® to serve on the Board of Directors for the Durham Regional Assoc. of REALTORS® (DRAR) for 2011-2014, and he was a 2009 recipient of the NC Assoc. of REALTORS® “Rising Star” Award. He has also served on the DRAR’s Community Service Committee every year he has been in Real Estate, helping to raise over for local charities. A native of Durham, Eric is proud to still call it ‘home’.
