I have a deeply personal desire to improve the quality of relationships and overall sales revenue within my targeted region. I have been successful in my execution by being available for both customers and internal audiences with clear decision making. My desire is to help customers launch new technology platforms, extend the use of their existing tools to reduce friction, and improve overall customer satisfaction. By having a strong technical understanding of the platforms offered I often create larger deals that require multiple products, and often product integrations. Most of my efforts target Director and C-Suite level relationship management including technology departments, marketing teams, and sales organizations. I am comfortable discussing the depths of a product as easily as solving large scale problems with product, process, service focused solutions. I sell to large institutional systems, Tier 100 and 500 companies, and Government entities with 6-figure deals, 7-figure projects, and complete sales cycle management. I have done in person presentations to crowds of 100s, presented live webinars on thought leadership, and executed 100+ page proposals. I understand the business, technical, product, interdepartmental, financial, and legal practices that happen within large scale organizations and am comfortable being a self-starter and team leader. As a tenured representative within the Account Management team my insight is desired by my colleagues and other department heads. I have often led new product sales which involve go-to-market strategies and other key process developments for internal and external audiences. I am quick to raise my hand when someone is needed and am available to my customers no matter what the situation.
