As a truck driver/dispatcher in the freight transportation industry for 12 years, I learned excellent communication skills by learning to speak clearly, and then listening, asking questions, and taking notes when more instructions are needed. Continuous Improvement ideologies are an essential part of expanding a company. If you're sitting still your not progressing forward. The competition isn't going to slow down because you fell behind. Customers will always follow the path of least resistance. I have been a team player when it comes to continuous improvement in the workplace my whole work career. My "attention to detail" are constantly improving. In my current field missed mistakes could cost a company an imaginable amount of lost revenue I am diligent in my testing and accurate in record keeping. My roll as QA lead have developed my knowledge and understanding of the importance of SOP's and documenting accurate records. I am a team player. GO TEAM!
