Mr. Cain has over 37 years of experience managing construction projects for the environmental industry, ranging from to $34 million. These projects involved personnel supervision and training, permitting, scheduling, budget and cost tracking, system design, preparation of plans and specifications, solicitation of bids, access agreements, procurement of equipment and materials, waste management, client negotiations, and oversight for numerous tank closures and installations both above and below ground. As construction manager, Eric has performed remediation management at municipal water supply well fields, manufacturing facilities (automotive, paint, steel, etc.), gasoline stations, and oil refineries and terminals. He has managed over 200 remediation installations for public and private clients, including major utility companies, medical facilities, automotive OEMs, gasoline retail outlets, and oil refineries. Eric has installed ground water extraction systems, groundwater treatment systems (bio-slurp, MPE, SVE, air sparging, air stripping [tower, low profile]), contaminated soil excavations, and transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
