I currently serve as the VP of Operations with a strong involvement in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing at BBX Co. Over the past 22 years, I’ve grown within the company, taking on a variety of roles that have shaped my expertise and leadership. In my latest role, I’ve built our e-commerce and digital teams from the ground up, driving our e-commerce to impressive annual figures. We’ve successfully navigated challenges like the pandemic, winning a Shorty Award for our innovative campaigns and championing size inclusivity.Beyond digital strategy, I spearhead projects to modernize our systems with AI and advanced technology, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. Mentorship is a core part of my role, and I take pride in guiding entry-level employees to become key contributors to the company.In 2020, I founded RSLNT Fight Wear, quickly growing it into a six-figure brand dedicated to not only high-quality gear but also fostering inclusivity within the martial arts community. We’ve actively supported pro-women and LGBTQ+ causes, promoting safe spaces in a traditionally male-dominated field.Looking forward, my goals include elevating BBX Co. to a global leader in special occasion dresses and building a strong team at RSLNT to allow for a broader focus on growing the sport in inclusive ways. Ultimately, I’m committed to advancing my role at BBX Co, where I plan to continue shaping the future of the company.
