Pope With 15 years of High School Teaching and Administration, Eric has demonstrated a love for education, a passion to see the next generation discover its role in becoming part of something bigger than itself, and an unyielding desire to help educators teach students, not the content; get through barriers, not the curriculum; cover understanding, not the standards. As the Common Core needs to be met, Eric has spent his career striving to reach the benchmarks of standardization through the differentiation of content and process and product. Through his Socratic methodologies, and a firm understanding of how learners process information, Eric has developed a reputation as an excellent educator, mentor, and administrator. Having moved from Pennsylvania in 2015, Eric resides in Tucson, Arizona with his Wife and four children (ages 2-13), and enjoys hiking, biking, writing, and not to mention the occasional outdoor swim in February.
