Motivated professional, with a wide variety of experience in Information Technology. I have a good sense of humor and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our users are taken care of. To live life is to laugh much more. I enjoy solving hardware/software issues and until a solution is met I don't give up easily. In order to increase my level knowledge and skill base in my areas, I enjoy traveling and attending many symposiums and conferences in the tech industry. This helps me stay current with the latest and greatest in my field. Some of my skills include: VMWare, VOIP, Dell hardware and software, MITEL controllers and phones, Windows Servers and Desktop operating systems/all flavors, Networking, Multi-Tasking, Project Management, Remote Support, Cybersecurity and Endpoint Security, Management and more. I've worked with technology since I picked up my first computer at 10 years of age. Never stopped since. I currently work two positions in my home town and enjoy staying busy!
