At Encina Development Group, I currently lead front-end process design for handling post-consumer recycled plastic for use in Encina's reactor. My work involves developing comprehensive material balance models, conducting third-party equipment audits, and implementing sustainability metrics, including CO₂e impact assessments. I excel at bridging the gap between laboratory research and commercial implementation, having successfully facilitated technology transfer from external laboratories to in-house facilities. Throughout my career at Hazen Research, I managed numerous bench and pilot-scale projects from conception through final report.
