My life-long career motto is to strive for Proactive strategy, Professional integrity, and People solution. In other words, Think big, Execute small, and Care with heart. Thinking bigger and broader means: Hindsight + Insight = Foresight. Executing in the finest micro-details, and no details are too small to be discarded or be treated imprecisely. Caring with heart and passion means exactly as it said. In the field of transportation, all of the above mean the perseverance to recommend transportation improvements that meet the unique communities' needs for today and for the future, using the business-case, evidence-based and context-sensitive approaches. I am a civil servant, a transportation Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional who has served the communities in the Greater Toronto Area, by leading groups of experts developing transportation solutions for people and goods movement within a limited time, budget and resources, which as a result safeguarding the environmental, economic, social and cultural interests, and public welfare.
