As a culinary professional with over 21 years of experience, I'm driven by a passion for food and beverage innovation. With a proven track record of achieving quality and customer satisfaction goals, I thrive in dynamic team environments and excel at leading kitchen teams to success. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with a range of stakeholders, including national suppliers, to develop new menus and recipes featuring plant-based ingredients. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration and effective communication in achieving culinary excellence. Currently, I'm the Head of Culinary Services at Unilever Food Solutions, where I lead a team of 10 chefs in conceptualizing unique menus and recipes that help our clients achieve sales and efficiency goals. I'm deeply committed to creating trusted products that improve chefs' working environments and enhance diners' experiences. When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll find me exploring the world as an adventurous traveler. With 30 countries under my belt and counting, I'm always eager to discover new flavors and culinary traditions. I also like meeting new people over a cup of tea.
