About Eric Coleman

As the sole PMM and growth marketer for all of Yahoo's registration, authentication, cyber security, and privacy products, I manage GTM campaigns for new and existing products that impact over 700 million users worldwide. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environments, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction. In my current role at Yahoo, I have successfully managed GTM campaigns for 23 new products and 36 major product updates, increasing 2-step verification use by 400%, boosting new account registrations by 2%, and enhancing users' trust and loyalty. I work closely with product, engineering, design, and legal teams to develop user personas, segment audiences, and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns. I also manage qualitative user studies, analyze data, and use these insights to improve products and campaigns. I'm always eager to connect with fellow PMMs so that I can learn new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve my work and continue delivering value to my team and company.
