About Eric Colin

I have started to learn to coding HTLM / SQL when I was 12 in secondary, as a game and a joke, then with time turns out, find out I was good at it. Then came high school where I levelled up my A-game and learnt C++ and Ruby I have been working in Tech Support (IT) for three years, I am also into a Red Team Operator. Although my main experience in IT support, I have realized the aspects of my work I find most rewarding are all in Testing, Reporting threat, eliminating threat - Solid foundation in IT: As Tech Support Representative, I have been working on a number of extended cases of different kinds, including investigation, collecting information, testing, installing software, troubleshooting, and escalating cases to next level support. A quick learner of complex concepts and technical issues, I am eager to learn more skills- Thought process: I am adept at building relationships, consensus, and a shared sense of purpose. I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with employees, mediate disputes and motivate others into action- Reporting and Communication: Knowing not everything is planned or perfect, we need to report bugs, outage in order to fix. Comfortable and experienced using a computer, testing software, A good report along with good communication is mandatory to establish healthy transparency & trust of all the fields as it conveys about all the actions taken, the bugs found, the bugs resolved and any other issues encountered
