I’m an experienced Medical Laboratory Professional with over a decade in clinical diagnostics, quality assurance, and laboratory operations. I hold dual bachelor's degrees in Health Sciences and Information Technology, and I’m certified by both ASCP and AMT, with a supervisor's license in Florida.My career has taken me through a range of specialized lab environments with permanent roles and travel contracts. These include microbiology, toxicology, fertility and high-complexity molecular diagnostics. I’ve led various teams in a lab and in the military, trained staff, prepared for CAP/CLIA inspections, and developed SOPs that improve efficiency and compliance.What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and modern technology. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty to solve problems.
