I am a hard-working and driven individual. I am dedicated to completing projects on time, becoming a key team member, and constantly pushing myself to learn and grow in my industry. Whatever management position I am awarded, I excel beyond all expectations. Throughout my career in construction, remodeling, and project management, the factors that have contributed most to my success have been my ability to understand the scope of work, connect with the team, and take ownership. This approach has led to increased responsibility, completed projects, and strong relationships with all stakeholders. With my current experience and drive, I am looking for a company where I can grow and assume greater responsibility. Site Manager: In my current role as a site manager, for a luxury custom home builder, I consistently exceed my personal and professional goals in which I help to lead the team and push the schedule, driving quality work. Also, I have helped alleviate a company-wide micro-management approach and have taken charge of my projects, which has led to a more productive environment, decreased downtime, and increased client value. Technical Knowledge: Coming from a background in construction I have a natural affinity with most stages of construction and a strong foundation in concrete and tile. I like to research construction methods and constantly keep up on the latest approaches and advances in my industry. Quality Control: Making sure things are done right the first time is my driver. Details and precision are an important part of avoiding mistakes and confusion on-site. I have found that quality stems from connecting with trades and making sure we are on the same page. Systems Driven: I am very comfortable using construction management software. The more it is used the more benefits it produces. I record all of the project progress and events in the software on daily basis, which allows everyone to know where we are and contribute to the solutions. Hands-On Approach: As a site superintendent, I like to be on-site early, to connect with the project. My years of laying tile and working on-site has given me the practical knowledge to know when a project is moving in the right direction
