With a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, I have a strong foundation in the design, development, and management of software systems. I am also certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, demonstrating my proficiency and commitment to continuous learning in the field of information technology. As a Capture Manager at VG IT Services, driving business growth and maximizing opportunities by understanding our technologies, industry landscape, and potential avenues for expansion. I proactively identify and assess opportunities for business growth, developing the pipeline through individual efforts and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development and Management. I lead the response effort to government market research inquiries by managing internal resources and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. I conduct evaluations, identify development areas, and guide strategic decision-making for continuous improvement.
