I have over 20 years work experience in Human Factors and Human Modeling. I have proven skills in the management and oversight of a team in small and large organizations. I am skilled in communicating critical results of ergonomics assessments to management. As a Human Factors expert at Bombardier Aerospace, I have provided support to aircraft crash investigations for the Air Safety Investigation Office (ASIO) and visual assessment for TSB Operations / Air Investigations – Ontario. I have developed 2 human models products embedded into large host systems (high technology industry) For the past 8 years, my career evolved into leadership/management roles in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines with limited resources and I have demonstrated my capacity to lead, mentor, coach and motivate teams for optimal productivity. I am known to be practical and innovative, which has served my employers and clients well. I am a quick study in new environments and bring renewed perspectives to my employers.
