Mr. Cross has worked within the real estate industry in California and specifically the greater Los Angeles area, San Diego and the California Central Valley since 2004. He is from Pasadena, CA with his base operations Metro LA. He has acute knowledge of neighborhoods in Los Angeles County, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Ventura County and the Greater Sacramento area.One valuation assignment included a rail easement for a petroleum distribution company that stretched from El Paso to Los Angeles and from Los Angeles to Reno, the entire rail line was documented, and a market rent applied to its use.Mr. Cross is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and is a REALTOR®, and Short Sale/Foreclosure expert, SFR®. Clients include regulated financial institutions, insurance companies, REITS and pension funds. He has various industrial user clients. Total valuation assignments (written reports) surpassed many years ago.Properties have included; defense plants, food processing facilities, refrigerated warehouses, research and development facilities, heavy manufacturing plants, mega distribution complexes, airport and seaport facilities, industrial land, multi-building-multi-tenant retail properties, and mid and high-rise office buildings. Tenants have included but not limited to Ross, United Grocers, Whirlpool, Sunkist, Sunny Delight, Waste Management, Northrup Grumman, U.S Growers, Contessa, Scientology, CVS, Carl’s Jr, Dollar General, O'Reilly, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Vons, Jack in the Box, LA Fitness, Trader Joe’s, and Office Max. Challenging assignments have involved disposition, re-positioning, eviction, ownership issues, litigation, and condemnation.Prior to to Real Estate, Mr. Cross was an operations manager for a global apparel manufacturer, Gildan.
