About Eric Cummings
My focus is on furthering my understanding of literature and composition. To support this passion, I have decided to pursue a career in teaching at the college/university level. I know this choice is right for me because it has been all I can think about since I took my second rhetoric class at Triton Community College. I have always adored literature and writing to the point where I would feel comfortable teaching it on campus or online. To reach my goal of becoming an English instructor, I enrolled in Tiffin University's Masters of Humanities in English program. This program is tailored to prepare me for teaching college English at the university level which is a feature I find desirable. Once completed, I plan to start teaching right away and immerse myself in the fascinating world of literature and all of its genres.
