Over the past 15 years at Exos I have had the privilege within all my roles from coaching professional athletes, educating across the globe, filming content for our app, to supporting organizations and their leaders to make decisions based off one key phrase, “WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CLIENT?” This singular phrase gives me so much passion and purpose to serve. It fuels my never ending desire to learn as I have a huge responsibility to deliver scientifically backed and real world applied solutions to individuals and organizations that deliver results. What is in the best interest of the client means a lot of different things for the many different people and organizations out there. The Exos system helps solve the N=1 by providing products (digitally), services (in-person), and expertise (coaches, dieticians, psychologists, researchers, & more) across Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, & Recovery. These offerings are far from standard as our research, methodology, and technology innovation teams have always pushed towards new frontiers in health.
