About Eric Davies

As a Software Engineer and Technical Team Lead at 3Pillar, I supported the migration of key conveyancing software to the BC Market for Dye and Durham. I worked in multiple roles within this engagement, contributing to the development of the Java/Angular application, producing requirements, and resolving issues during the initial beta scope. I also architected, designed, and implemented the back end Java code for interacting with internal and external integrations unique to the BC market. In my previous role as a Java Developer and Scrum Master at Morgan Stanley, I focused on supporting full stack applications that served aggregated datasets from multiple vendors. I improved the products delivered by the team and their stability using telemetry services like Elasticsearch, developing a feature flag service, and optimizing the release pipeline. I also onboarded developers and users to the scrum process, determining the best ways to build their applications. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and a Google Project Management certification issued by Coursera.
