About Eric Davis

Hello, I have worked in the analytical instrumentation field for most of my professional career. I currently work for Agilent Technologies in remarketing as a remote engineer for LCMS QTOF, LC, and GCMS. The primary function being to repair, refurbish, and qualify used instrumentation to be resold to new customers. I love this position because it allows me to give quality instruments to a wider range of customers and contribute to the scientific community. I also find it very fun and challenging to use my troubleshooting skills to resolve the plethora of issues that come with working on instruments of an unknown condition. In addition to this I have recently taken on the responsibility of ESD auditor to ensure my group is up to the guidelines monthly in order to ensure a high level of quality within our offered products. Previously, I have several years experience working as a field service engineer for SCIEX focusing on LCMS instrumentation.
