Led the Dunkin’ International Espresso Reset program in the Middle East, redefining the espresso flavor profile, redesigning the customer experience interface, and overseeing an initial $3M equipment investment that scaled to $12M. The program fueled rapid adoption across 560 stores and expanded to 6 additional countries. Directed the global rollout of a multi-tap beverage dispensing system across Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM as part of Dunkin’s beverage-forward strategy. Since launch, iced beverage mix and comparable sales have increased 20%, while enabling innovation platforms such as Refreshers, Nitro Cold Brew, and Iced Teas. Partnered with manufacturers to engineer a system tailored to international market needs.
