I have been working professionally in this field since 2020. My clients include both individual contributors and c-level executives, large and small businesses. My coaching style is highly tailored to the individual, and focuses on working to help them gain clarity, attain exponential personal growth, and achieve their goals. I believe we all have potential for greatness and it is mindset and limiting beliefs that hold people back. I serve people by helping them gain insights and Take Action to work through their own mindset challenges, blast through conflict, and move forward. I guide my clients on a path to freedom where they regain focus, overcome personal conflicts, and go beyond personal barriers to achieve their goals. I have over 27 years of leadership experience while operating as a Pararescueman in the U.S. Air Force. I spent the last 5 years of my Air Force career working at the executive levels of the Air National Guard Headquarters as a Chief Master Sergeant (E-9). In the span of my career I taught skills and managed people and multiple programs, which were all vital to mission success. I have led people on the battlefield, as well as organizations and their people through extensive changes, workplace challenges and personal difficulties. My coaching and counseling skills were used extensively in the military, and they continued to evolve and progress through my transition to civilian life. I now work with people across the globe in both military and civilian sectors. I am passionate about helping people achieve freedom and their highest goals.
