Eric is a recent graduate of the University of Sydney, with an entrepreneurial spirit, fast learning abilities and problem-solving skills. Eric's experience in customer service and sales over four years as a sports coach, sales specialist, and student ambassador, has given him insight into the importance of identifying customer needs and customising solutions through robust product knowledge, empathy and communication skills. Currently, Eric is an Graduate Program Associate at Macquarie Group's Wealth Non-Financial Risk department, where he's responsible for managing incidents and issues. Previously, he worked as a Summer Vacationer at Deloitte's Operations Transformation consulting unit, where he gained experience in the financial services industry, working with clients to improve operations and implement business strategies. Through his experience in high-growth small businesses, Eric has become proficient in using the Scrum product development framework and always keeps the customer's needs in mind while assessing product direction. He is constantly seeking new opportunities to enhance his technical proficiency, management skills, and problem-solving abilities. In July 2023, Eric represented Team Australia in the World Under-24 Ultimate Frisbee Championships in Nottingham, United Kingdom. His achievements in team sport are evidence of his strong work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
