Hello, My name is Eric Denis. More than 20 years ago I started my wonderful journey within the HR community. During those years I had the opportunity to work on incredible projects, to collaborate with great teams and most of all to have fun while constantly continuing growing and learning. I'm passionate about what I do simply because I love it. My Specialties are- Global experience - HR business partnering : Creating HR strategy, implementing it within the organisation, guiding and coaching senior management, providing support for the teams, leading global projects as well as implementing new procedures, be a change champion, keeping eyes and ears open towards what's happening in our constantly evolving environments - Managing and maintaining a good relationship with the Unions, based on trust and exchange of information as well as negotiations- Interim Management - Creating and building up HR services (also remote)- Establishing and implementing HR policies - HR process auditing for SME's - Talent acquisition - I have strong abilities to translate the company’s long term vision into operational applications while handling the day to day HR issues. And by proving that HR can bring a real added value to the business I could rapidly benefit the teams’ trust.
