I have experience for over 25 years in management of multi-disciplinary, technical product development. This includes 20+ years of managing medical device development projects/programs from proof of feasibility to CE mark, FDA clearance, and product release. Pioneering, defining targets, setting structures, and working with a team of professionals according to these structures to meet the targets is what I enjoy most. I have experience with setting up quality systems, and leading these, through audits, towards certification. My strength is to create overview in complex situations enabling the team to operate more effectively. The ability to stick to agreed plans and put things in perspective makes me a stable and decisive factor in dynamic/growing organizations. I want to further develop my management skills on new medical device companies and products. I love doing so in a new venture (start-up) environment.
