About Eric Desrosiers

Eric Desrosiers has been involved helping successful Canadian entrepreneurs achieve their strategic objectives for more than 20 years with more than 150 Canadian and cross-border TSX financings (IPOs and follow-on offerings), corporate divestitures and strategic acquisitions representing more than $10 billion. He holds CPA, CA and CBV designations. Prior to joining Novacap, Mr. Desrosiers was Managing Director and Head of Quebec Investment Banking for a major Canadian investment bank for 12 years where he was responsible for overseeing the origination and execution of financing and M&A transactions mostly for TSX listed Canadian companies. Between 1997 and 2006, Eric worked with 2 other major Canadian investment banks. Between 1993 and 1997 Mr. Desrosiers worked with a leading international accounting firm. In 1994, Eric cofounded Tootelo Innovation which was a fast growing 180 employee Montreal region-based CRM solution provider for various verticals including healthcare and real estate. Eric has been a significant shareholder and active member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 1994 and has been actively involved in several strategic initiatives including more than 20 acquisitions.
