About Eric Dias

I am passionate, self-directed, solution-oriented and interested in a challenging job opportunity that allows me to apply my educational background as well as improve my practical experience while contributing to the success of an organization. I'm a hardworking, reliable and fast learner individual who works efficiently either in a team or individually. My career objective is to build a long-term career with opportunities for career growth where I can use my skills to help achieve the company's goals & objectives along with enhancing my personal knowledge and capabilities by learning new things from them. I hold a Master's Degree in engineering management from the University of Wollongong as well as bachelor of mechanical engineering which is accredited by Engineers Australia. And strong passion for the manufacturing industry. In terms of technical skills, I am very competent in Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, six sigma, process control, production design, quality control & quality assurance, and cost estimation. I acquired these skills during both my working experiences as well as my projects are done at university. In terms of soft skills, I am a team player, a problem solver, a great communicator and a quick learner. If you show me something once, I can quickly pick it up. I am looking for a ( fabrication engineering/ mining/HVAC/ building service/ engineering consultancy/FMCG/Silos/Trailer manufacturing) company whereby I can contribute my skillsets and attributes to benefit the organization ( as a Production engineer/ Mechanical engineer/ draftsperson/sales engineer/ estimator).
