With over 21 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps, I am a Survival Equipment Technician Supervisor who leads a team of technicians in maintaining, repairing, and inspecting survival equipment for aircraft and personnel. I have multiple certifications in ethics, project management, and lean six sigma, which enable me to apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and quality improvement skills to my work. I also have experience as a recruiter, where I successfully screened, interviewed, and enlisted qualified candidates for the Marine Corps. My mission is to ensure the safety and readiness of the Marines and their equipment, and to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. I am passionate about learning new skills, sharing my knowledge, and collaborating with diverse and talented people.
