About Eric Dsouza

I’m a Schulich School of Business (York University) alumnus with a focus in Digital Marketing/Analytics, Statistics, and Product Management. I’ve worked at both early-stage and growth-stage startups, helping leverage AI in the Talent Acquisition and Fintech industries. I've envisioned, built, and scaled products that led to significant success, ranging from increased monthly active users and improved sales funnels to higher overall in-app engagement. During my final year of university, I invested in student-led startups through Front Row Ventures (under the Real Ventures umbrella). Most recently, I led product initiatives at Wingocard, where I helped reimagine banking for teens and young adults to promote financial literacy from an early age. At Nesto, a leading digital mortgage company based in Montreal, I focused on automation and built 0-to-1 internal systems that enhanced operational efficiency for internal users. Currently, I’m at Neo Financial, where you can find me building internal proprietary tools and controls to strengthen our fraud and credit risk strategies. Want to chat?
