when I joined Concos BPO, i was joined as a customer support executive and i had a good experience and i improved my communication skills. Here i had to work for Airtel broadband service as a customer support, where we take complaints and give resolution as per the complainants. Then i got the process of Flipkart escalation where we had to take complaints and we have to validate the complainants and according to that we had to give the final resolution. In the previous company No broker technology pvt Ltd, it's a company where it provide service to the Buyer, Owner, Seller, and tenant and many other services. I am working as a sales associate for owners and sellers, where I have to sell the plans to the owner to rent out their property faster, at the same for seller for selling property faster. Here we have to make customer understand about the plans and convince the customers ( owners and seller) for the service. At present working in Moonpreneur, as a senior sales associate.
