About Eric Duncan

Prior to his current position, Eric served as the Chief Technology Officer for one of the last independently owned and operated luxury real estate companies in Orange County. For well over a decade, his knowledge and research brought technology to the forefront of the company. While working as a Technical Trainer and developing the RealNuture System, Eric joined First Team Real Estate as a Realtor® in 2015. Soon thereafter, he soon began working as Marketing Consultant and Technical Coach to some of the most successful agent teams in the business. In Q2 of 2019 Eric redirected 100% of his time to developing the most effective systems and strategies for his consulting business and began referring his real estate clients to his trusted colleagues. Combined with over hours of extensive training, and personal mentoring by industry leaders, his current skillset is already unsurpassed. His marketing strategies are widely considered to be among the best in the business. Working as a Mentor and Tech Coach for First Team Real Estate, Eric heads training such as #techtuesday in the Irvine branch and recently joined the office as a REALTOR® serving all of Orange County providing a wealth of resources and knowledge to his clients as well as his esteemed colleagues.
