I bring a unique perspective to the financial services industry."UNIQUE," is an overused word as it means "ONE OF A KIND." I am in fact ONE OF A KIND. I have experience at a nationally known recordkeeper (Fidelity), as well as experience as an ERISA Plan Advisor. I help Plan Sponsors conduct searches for ERISA Plan Advisors as well as Plan recordkeeper searches. I am a graduate of the US Naval Academy and a former nuclear trained submarine officer. Those experiences combined are rare. But here is what truly makes me one of a kind. My experience as an Expert Witness in numerous ERISA Class Action litigation cases gives me a UNIQUE experience in the ERISA financial services industry. My goal is to take the sum total of that experience and share it with Plan Sponsors and Advisors. The scope of lessons learned from ERISA class action litigation is quite large. My goal is to equip plan sponsors and third-party service providers with actionable knowledge from lessons learned from ERISA Class action litigation. I honor the confidentiality and protective orders of each class action where I have served as an expert witness and share core principals with advisors and plan sponsors specific recommendations to improve their plan's (or client's plan) end to end fiduciary process.
