About Eric Eagan

My objectives are simple, I will create a large positive impact in the medical field. I will positively change others’ lives in any way I can. I will always strive to reach perfection, and will not give up until I succeed. As far as a job, to create or be a member of an organization in the medical field that has the highest standards of care, is on the cusp in innovation, teamwork oriented, morally upright, and honest. I will take on any role asked of me and complete the task at hand to the very best of my ability. My goal with all tasks is to finish them timely, completely, and flawlessly. The drive I have to reach a goal few can keep up with. I like to have a strategic plan, and final goal in mind in order to complete the tasks effectively. When confronted at the work place I stand to my ideals and goals. I actively listen to the opposition respectfully to hear their stance on the matter of dispute. I negotiate my stance professionally to reach a resolution that is mutually satisfactory. If one cannot be reached; I will not concede until there is factual, logical, and/or evidence to sway my stance. I have the ability to inspire others and co-workers to achieve more than just the bare minimum or what's expected of them. In High stress situations I always remain calm, assess and take appropriate action to get the best end result. I will always strive to learn more and to attempt feats few would try. If I fail; it's the result everyone expected anyways; if I succeed, I have everything to gain. If I don't try that’s just failing before you even get started. My personality is forward, moral, honest, truthful, trustworthy, amicable, friendly, warm, inviting, hardworking, and determined. Just to name a few.
