About Eric Edelman

I changed careers in 2011. I am responsible to maintain and grow existing customer base as well as add at least 10 new customers per year. I have exceeded this goal by 1.5 and 2 times the target goal in the past two years. I have been responsible for a 26.5% increase in Sales from 2011 to 2012. This equated to a 42% increase in profitability over the same time period. Responsible for over $ 3 Million in sales last year. Developed the company's first international account which has grown to over $ per year. I have led many diverse IT support services teams over the past 10 years. Most recently managed four managers with teams responsible for tier 2 operational desktop support of four regional contact centers and over 300 + claims offices. Managed operational IT support services for 10+ years. Worked and led teams that have documented and improved process that have improved day to day IT services. Examples include Telephony, MAC's, network and PC/printer and wireless support. People development. I love to see resources on teams improve where they are at today as well as spend time working to attain skills and leverage their talents that will help them to move on to their next opportunity.
