I lead a team of 350 highly-skilled (and delightful!) architects, engineers, and operations people who deliver a world-class environment enabling over 750k users to perform their work. My expertise extends to managing the full stack of security applications, ensuring robust protection and seamless operation across all devices. Rounding out this portfolio, I lead a dedicated Workstation Experience Management team, committed to enhancing user productivity and satisfaction through innovative solutions and proactive support. Over the last 20+ years, I have been engaged in multiple phases of IT delivery including: sales, architecture, operations, project management, client account management, and department leadership. With a focus on infrastructure, I have extensive knowledge of the data center, workplace and network.
